If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the package may be returned within 3 days of receiving it. The purchase price will be refunded upon receiving all the items in unused condition. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply unless the item was damaged upon receipt, which usually doesn't happen as all canes are inspected thoroughly before shipping. Shipping however, is not refundable. Canes that have been trimmed are not returnable and the sale is final.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com, for returns authorization, and to obtain an RA #. Please include the RA # and confirmation # along with your name, date of order and e-mail address with the returned item. Returns without prior authorization and an RA# will not be processed. Click here for the merchandise return form. Please fill it out completely and include it with your return.
All items are covered for a 3 months warranty against manufacturer's defects. An item that has been dropped on the ground or has been in an accident will not be covered under this warranty. After the three month period has ended the merchandise will not be covered by a replacement warranty, Exquisite Canes will not be liable to replace or refund after the three month warranty period has ended.
Price Match Guarantee:
Exquisite Canes will meet or beat any price on identical, in-stock walking canes and accessories. If you find an identical item at a lower price than ours, at a competitor's website simply call us at 1-800-440-1954 and we'll honor it. We will need for you to provide us the website where you found the item at a lower price. Item must be in-stock and at a regular or sale price. We will not match clearance, while supplies last or close-out prices.
We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by the use of our products. We only sell products manufactured by other companies and have not conducted a safety test/study of any kind. Feel free to ask any questions before placing a bid or purchasing any of our products.
